In simple terms a machine containing pre-mixed high strength concrete travels along a track laying rows of extruded concrete containing strands of high tensile Reinforcing. The beds are 120 metres long and when cured they are cut to the desired post length.
Pali Posts are available in three diameters: 60mm and 70mm for intermediates, and 80mm for strainers. They are cut to the desired length with a diamond saw and palletised for transport.
